About us

Our family, that is my wife Kathrin, our daughter Charlotte and I (Christoph) love the Island of Rhodes. It is not too large, not to small - almost ever with sunny weather, and the persons from Rhodes are lovely. The good greek food, the gorgeous beaches and secured conditions are further arguments for Rhodes. Always you will discover something new. 

We would love to share our dream in Greece with you. The renting is a welcome income to make our dream possible.

We are exited for our new role as hosts on Rhodes and are there for any advice and information.

Information

Check in starting at 2 PM if the house was rented before. Otherwise we are flexibel for earlier arrivals. Generally the arrival is 24/7 possible.

Check out to be done before 10 AM, but we are open to check later timings if possible.

Rules

We try to minimize the rules:

Please treat our house and the inventory with respect. If something gets broken - let us know to replace it for the next guests.

Inside of the house - smoking is strictly forbidden. Outside you are free to smoke

The pool always is a risk, especially for the childs. Please let them never unattended. The pool usage is on your own risk.

Before you leave, we kindly ask you to swith the fridge on smallest stage and remove all perishable things.

Please start the dishwasher with your last used items, the cleaning agency will emptying it.

Garbage can be disposed in the large green containers alongside of the main road. Only Glas is seperated and can be disposed in container close to the bakery in the center of Gennadi.
