The holiday home was constructed in 2014 and is in a quite location close to the beach (approx. 500m) and the center of the village Gennadi (also less than 500m). The house is fully airconditioned.
At the ground floor you will find the living room, the kitchen, dining area and the small restroom. In the living room (new furniture in April 2019) you will find books and games, but also a wardrobe, a cupboard for cloth and a TV with satelite prgramms. Next to the 2 sleeping rooms in first floor you will find there a very good sofa bed (with a Topper for more comfort) for 2 persons (160x200 cm). The sofa offers many space for the bedlinen, so if you wish you could easily put all things during the day in it.
All windows are supplied with moscito fences and electric shutters. Wifi is of course available in all rooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all things you might seach for: Garlic press and good knifes are waiting for you. Sufficent dishes, flatware as well as a dishwasher and a freezer are also fur us essential. A WEBER barbeque gas grill can be used as well. Dishcloth and restroom towels are also part of the package.
The 2 sleeping rooms are located at the first floor - next to the bathroom. The sleeping rooms were equipped in April 2019 with new beds, new matress and lights (1 Bed is 160x200cm the other one 180x200cm). A baby travelling bed fit into both of them (2 are cost free available in the house).
Take your first coffee or Tee at the small balcony and enjoy the great sea view. Not much more is needed for a good start into the day.
The bathroom is equiped with a bathtube, a window and supplying many space for your cosmetics next to the vanity.
The beautiful outdoor area invites to stay and relay. It is equipped with 6 sunlauncher and parasols. As well a dining table with 6 chairs on the terrace.
The outdoor shower comes along with full heated water and turns the "shower with view" into a ful year feel good moment.
In the garden house you will find several pool toys, a fridge to cool your drinks and you will find space to deposit your suitcases there during your stay.
The pool with the size of 8 x 4 meters is heated in the month of April, Mai and October.
The house is equipped in kids-friendly way, this way also the parents can enjoy their vacation whilst the kids discover the house (e.g. the plugs are secured).

Included in all prices is full laundy, towels (big shower towel, towel, toilet towel) AND a pool towel. On your request we can arrange a mid-stay cleaning including towel- and laundry change.
2 baby beds, 2 baby high chair´s and one buggy can be used cost free.
All costs are Included in the rental fee (also the cleaning at the end), but not a mid-stay cleaning. If you wish that, and/or a towel or laundry change we could easily arrange that on your expenses.
Our towel package consists of: 1 x towel, 1 big shower towel AND 1 pool towel.
A powerful hairdryer (2000w) is also on your service as a washing machine.
The following equipment for small childs is available for you:
2 high chairs, 2x Babybed with very good matress, hoodie towel and 1 fitted sheet (instead of the towel package for the baby), 1 baby buggy. Also you are supplied with childs dinnerware and cutlery.
You can use the washing machine to every time, laundry basket, laundry rack, ironing board and flat iron are on your disposal.
The property is located at a small path which is leaving the main road (approx 500m after the fuel station in Gennadi) into the direction of the sea. The path is going only to 3 houses. The neighbors left and right are using their properties as a second home or vacation home.
Beach, Restaurants, Bars, Cafe´s, fruit and vegetable shop and a small supermarket are in short walking distance.
In general we recommend to take a rental car on Rhodes to discover the great island in detail. With all known portals you can find many car rental companies, if you wish we are more than happy to give you some recommendation of know providers with good Airport service.
In our eyes it would be a small shame if you would miss to discover the different great beaches, the picturesque villages and great spots (Rhodes city and Lindos).
There is a urban bus going between Gennadi and Rhodes city. The airport of Rhodes is a 1 hour drive distance, a taxi to Gennadi costs approx. 100 €.
At Gennadi centre you could rent motorcycles, bikes and also quads.
